INGREDIENTS

Chia seed jelly ( place 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 2 tablespoons of flaxseed in a jar, fill with water and shake. Leave in fridge overnight or until it thickens to a jelly) Organic Raw cacao powder Fresh berries Coconut Cream Crushed Nuts and cacao nibs to sprinkle on top Optional - Sweetner if you want coconut jam/ honey/ maple syrup.

One of the key ingredients is this chia flax seed mix I just have sitting in my fridge everyday. It is the basis of any quick snack and if you add cacao, its super delicious.

Construction Instructions

Place chia seed jelly mix into a bowl, mix in as much cacao as you want. Taste test it.

Stir in some coconut cream.

Sprinkle with nuts and berries.
