Cleansing Metabolism Boosting Green Juice
INGREDIENTS2 stalks of celery handful of spinach leaves 1 green apple 1 inch ginger 3 florets of broccoli Juice from a lemon 1 teaspoon spirulina powder Optional extra - 2 cloves of garlic
Everyday I have a green juice, the main reason for this is to get my daily hit of pure fresh garlic and ginger to aid my fungal cleanse I am doing currently. This wee juice is incredibly delishes and I made the main part of the this recipe for Ben, I then added my we garlic hit at the end. I personally don’t really notice the change because I am so used to some real garlicy potions now, so leave out the garlic if you aren’t quite brave enough yet and you don’t wont garlic breath!
Place everything minus the spirulina through the juicer, then stir in the spirulina to the juice and drink immediately
