Coconut Bread

You have to try this amazing bread out. Great treat to have and you are bound to have these ingredients in the pantry. Great to bake up on a sunday after noon and share with some friends over some hot drinks on a winters day. Perfect!


6 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 cups shredded coconut 1 tsp baking powder 1 tablespoon honey 1 tsp raw organic coconut oil
 Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 150 C/300F. Line a bread tin with baking paper.

In a large bowl beat the eggs and vanilla until smooth.

In another bowl combine coconut and baking powder. Stir to distribute baking powder then add into wet mix.

Pour into lined bread tin and bake for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
