Flourless Chocolate Brownie

This is not a lie. It is definitely the best brownie I have EVER tasted!!  I am so impressed with this simple recipe for flourless chocolate brownlie . Took me only a couple of minutes to whip up and it is TRULY fantastic. Give it a whirl and you will not be disappointed.


4 large eggs 1 cup Organic raw cacao powder 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup coconut sugar or 2 tablespoon coconut jam ¼ cup extra virgin coconut oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 tsp salt
 Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F)

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until it will become smooth.

In a bread tin/loaf tin line with baking paper.

Pour mixture into it and bake for 25-30 minutes.

They will seem like they aren’t cooked, let them cool and allow them to set. 4 hours on the bench will do it, or 1-2 hours in the fridge. You can eat before them, but if you want them to look same as the picture, time will do it.
