An all time classic combination of avocado and salmon is simply a perfect mix for my lunch today. I combined these with some lovely micro greens I got from mountwholefoods and some rocket. I then simply drizzled over some lemon and avocado oil. Bliss!
Instructions
Place all the salad ingredients into a bowl, then simply squeeze over lemon and oil just before you want to eat.
