Scallops With Browned Butter And Garlic

Another one of my favourite dishes we have when I head home to Golden Bay. Simple scallops cooked with some butter and garlic. So good when kept really simple and eaten fresh. Goes great as an appetizer or part of a main dish served up with a fresh salad.

INGREDIENTS

20 Scallops 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
SERVES: 2

Instructions
Heat butter in a pan along with garlic.
Add the scallops and brown gently on each side.
Serve up hot, with some fresh herbs sprinkled over top.
