Hi Nicola I am wanting to do a 10k mountain run in Oct I have done a 5k fun run before but not 10k. I am happy to walk bits of it, but im just wondering if you have any quick tips on how I can best train for this, so that I don’t over train or get injured. Thanks Rachelle

 

Hi Nicola, I have read everything on your site and I try and eat clean the majority of the time. I do feel so much better than I used to, however I am still getting crazy after sugar cravings, do you have any suggestions on how to fix this and what I can do to sadisfy it? Kim

 

Hi Nicola, I am missing our weekly checkins from the BR30 program. It really opened my eyes up to my own body and how certain foods work for me and others don’t. My question is about my sleep. At the moment I seem to be waking up every night at around 3 am, I get up go to the toilet and then back to bed. I feel like I am doing everything right, but I just can’t seem to get rid of this waking. Do you have any advice on this?? Nicole
