My name is Nicola Smith (was Reilly), I am a Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Lifestyle coach. I have been involved in the wellness industry now since 2002. I studied at the University of Otago, where I gained my Bachelor of Physical education, majoring in Sports Science and Exercise Prescription. Throughout my studies I worked one on one personal training with clients while I continued to learn. After finishing my degree I discovered I needed to know more, so I continued to train clients while taking my study further. I went on to be certified through the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K) Institute as a Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach level 2 and then went on to gain more qualifications with the C.H.E.K Institute in relation to program design, scientific core and back training. I am now also a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner which has help take my knowledge to a new level. With a successful client base around the world with foreverfit.tv, the online gym, and online personal training. I work as a Holistic Personal trainer, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach. I offer both one on one based and online Nutrition, Exercise and Lifestyle Coaching Programs.
I specialise in helping my members achieve real health, functional well being and do this by providing valuable trust worthy information within our online gym.
I have been extremely lucky to work with some amazing people and learn from them also. My passion is to help people achieve optimal health and well being. I am not your typical personal trainer, I work holistically. I help members create health from the food that they eat, to the movement they create over to the lifestyle they lead. Without looking at wellness as a whole, optimal health cannot be created. Foreverfit.tv is my way of sharing what I can with you. I want you to achieve health and wellbeing.
There is so much information out there that is wrong. I want to bring clarity and help make it easy for you to understand what you need to do to achieve health and well being. I follow a traditional approach to nutrition, using traditional principles and follow a real food approach to your diet. However this approach isn’t completely black and white, I go further than this and help you cut through the noise and provide step by step information to help you make sustainable changes. From helping to heal skin issues, digestive disorders, weight loss, weight gain to performance nutrition. Once you have the food right your body is in an optimal place for health and well being. Along with the nutrition I then work to bring correct movement and help with improving lifestyle, fitness and strength. You see energy is the currency of health, so by doing things in this order and by building foundations first we create long term success.
By being part of our online gym community you will be given the tools to increase vitality, decrease stress and improve your overall well being. Your body as a “system of systems” and I teach you how to unlock your protential for these systems to thrive.
