Chia seeds a a fantastic super nutrient dense food and when combined with your favourite nut milk you have this creamy indulgent, extremely satisfying treat. The natural sweetness comes from the apricots and the cinnamon added helps add an extra depth of flavour.

Chia Seed Pudding-3

Ingredients
1 cup nut milk
1 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 dried apricots sliced finely
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine well, then allow it to sit for 10 minutes at least. The longer the better.
Then simply sit down and enjoy.
