14 Aug Coconut Almond Green Smoothie
At our August Smoothie Club it was a super chilli night and we talked about all things sleep, so I wanted to create a smoothie that warmed us up and that was really satisfying. So this was a really creamy rich smoothie that has no fruit, yet it has a warm sweet spicy taste to it along with being loaded with plenty of greens. Was pretty delicious!
1 cup celery chopped
3-4 kale leaves
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups coconut water
Extra water if needed or more coconut water
Pop it all into a blender and blitz up to combine. I added extra water to make it slighter thinner.
