These are so good! You could use almost any dried fruit, I love the date and apricot combo then the added goji berries give it even more nutrient density along with the cacao powder. Be sure to make plenty and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 1 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped

Ingredients

  1. Cover dried fruit with water, bring to a quick boil for 1 minute, then drain and cool.
  2. Add everything into food processor and blitz up until smooth.
  3. Press the brownie batter into lined 8×8 tin and freeze for 2 hours to set.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

      I freeze them Anne, last longer then and I don’t get tempted every time I open fridge :)
